Aviation Records Uncover Trail of Movement These aviation records were among thousands of court documents and papers made public by the estate of Jeffrey Epstein that have been disclosed over the past year. The review found 87 aircraft movements tied to Epstein â including many that were previously unknown â arriving or departing from UK airports between the start of the 1990s and 2018. Passenger Details and Post-Conviction Flights Unnamed female passengers were recorded among the travelers travelling into and out of the UK. Significantly, 15 of these UK flights happened following Epsteinâs 2008 guilty verdict for procuring prostitution from a underage person. âIt was âshockingâ that there had never been a âthorough probe in the UKâ into his operations in the country,â remarked US lawyers representing hundreds of Epstein survivors. British Victims and Court Cases Testimony from one of the British victims was instrumental in convicting Epsteinâs associate Ghislaine Maxwell of sex trafficking of minors in the US in 2021. However, that survivor has never been contacted by British law enforcement, as stated by her attorney based in Florida. In a response, the the Met indicated they had ânot received any additional evidence that would support reopening the investigation.â They added, âIf fresh and pertinent evidence be presented to us, encompassing any arising from the release of documents in the US, we will evaluate it.â Ongoing Disclosure and Legal Rulings Proposed legislation to disclose every document held by the US government in relation to Epstein was approved by the US Congress last month. The Department of Justice has until 19 December to comply. Hundreds of thousands of files are anticipated to be released. Separately, a US judge ruled last week that the DOJ could make public investigative materials from a trafficking prosecution against Maxwell, Epsteinâs close friend, who is serving a 20-year prison sentence over the allegations.
